The founding of ChocoFlow Technologies is the realization of my passion, to combine the fascinating world of chocolate with advanced processing technology. For me, this closes a circle – a passion that has inspired and fulfilled me for decades.

With 21 years of experience in the confectionery and mechanical engineering industry, gained at renowned companies such as Knobel Maschinenbau AG and Trikno AG, I was able to acquire extensive expertise and valuable insights. My professional career has taken me through various stations from design engineer, production manager and developer to management positions such as design manager, project manager and most recently head of engineering & technology. This time has had a decisive impact on my expertise and opened my eyes to innovative solutions.

Throughout these years, I have had the privilege of working closely with clients, understanding their challenges and listening to their wishes and suggestions for improvement. These experiences are my drive and inspiration today: to develop machines and technologies that set standards in their perfection and uniqueness.
